NANCY ORR

Ms. Orr has over 25 years of experience as a project coordinator, building business and community. She has proven expertise addressing project needs across a variety of sectors including municipalities, economic development, utilities, real-estate development, insurance, manufacturing, agriculture, and petrochemical.  Initiatives have addressed needs within the realms of environmental, engineering, construction, capital planning and feasibility review, business retention and expansion, labour market, and process support. She excels at moving projects forward, allowing her clients to focus on their key priorities. 

She is committed to contributing to our community at large as well as supporting the vibrancy of the business sector. She has participated on many boards and committees, locally including the Stratford Town and Gown Advisory Committee, the Stratford Perth Community Foundation, the Animal Welfare Agency of South Central Ontario, the Stratford and Area Builders’ Association, Stratford and District Chamber of Commerce, and more broadly as the Vice Chair of the Lambton College Board of Governors. She is also an active community volunteer having served a diverse spectrum of local initiatives.

PAUL MACINTYRE

Mr. MacIntyre is a generational farmer and drainage engineer. He has managed his own expanding farming operations for over 40 years. He has successfully implemented municipal infrastructure and drainage projects for over 30 years. Paul's common sense acumen is supported by his visionary approach. Paul’s expertise in agriculture and entrepreneurship has lead to a variety of business investments.  

Paul is an active member on the Board of Directors of the Drainage Superintendents Association of Ontario, and has presented numerous technical papers throughout his tenure.
